Train Time – # 20
Today it’s the 5:40 bound for Homewood:
Today I thought I would share some random thoughts (which from me, can be scary).
So, here goes:
• First of all, trying to hold this phone, balance it on my backpack which is balanced on my lap, and do all this, only typing with my thumbs whilst on a moving train… is hard.
• Sitting on this train, looking out the green tinted glass into the dark underground station kinda makes it look like we are under water… I wonder if this is how they feel in Texas.
• Trump… minus “T” = Rump… Just sayun…
• And when they say “mind the gap” does that mean I must do what it says? And after all: What does a gap really want… I mean really?
• Ahhhh Ha…. Doing this long way horizontal (with the phone sideways) is easier, except that my thumbs don’t reach.
• Having an imagination is important, and fun. Do you know how many times I have defended the city of Chicago from giant robots and alien invaders between the train station and the office? it’s usually fairly simple however because the robots usually fall into the river when they stand on the bridges because they are too heavy and the aliens always invade by flying over the river making them easy to shoot.
• I left my headphones at home…
• Now that the train is moving: If the US ever wants to run “High Speed Rail” we’re gonna have to learn how to make tracks less wiggly.
• If the US doesn’t learn to play nice with all the other boys and girls in the world, then we are going to find ourselves quite alone… And then who will help us when the Zombie apocalypse starts?
• What if, as soon as we start building the “Great wall of Mexico”, the Canadian government starts their own wall to protect them from us?
• I think “Invader Zim” was inspired by the Zim shipping company that ships to the U.S. and other countries.
• …I have to stop now. I’m running out of track.
