Reflections…
There I was… On a Monday morning… In a hospital bed in Good Samaritan hospital. It was Sunday morning; I got up do take my morning pee. Like all good manly men, I stayed standing to do my business. It was at that moment that some part of me decided to add a little more adventure into my day; so I passed out, hitting my face on the toilet. I woke up hugging the commode like a drunkard and for a few moments, it all felt normal. My daughter knocked on the door and meekly asked if I was alright. Where is God – Part II
Let’s start with the basics:, Let’s set the foundation that, in my belief system, God created the heavens and the earth. All that you see and all that you are are his creations. Why and how long it took to put it all together: that is another topic for another day. Ultimately I believe that God is a constant; whatever He (and yes, I will use the traditional “He” in this case, just to keep it simple…) He has always been and always will be. Man on the other hand is in an ever continuing cycle of change; only God and some of his simpler creations are consistent and unchanging…
